A small waitlist should have a small data footprint.
This notice explains what NextWorth does with information submitted through the early-access waitlist. It was last updated September 24, 2026.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address, service branch, job code or title, current service status, and the location on our site where you submitted the form. We do not ask for a Social Security number, military records, transcripts, or payment information through the waitlist.
How we use it
We use this information to manage early access, contact you when access is available, understand who needs the product, and prioritize the military job mappings we build. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for an unrelated newsletter or drip campaign.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted by Microsoft Azure, and waitlist submissions are stored in Azure within the United States. GitHub supports our software deployment process but does not receive waitlist submissions through the form.
How long we keep it
We keep a waitlist record while we are developing and offering early access, or until you ask us to delete it. We may retain limited records longer when required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Access, correction, or deletion
To ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@nextworth.com. We may need to verify that you control the submitted email address before completing a request.
Changes to this notice
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. We will ask before using waitlist information for a materially different purpose.
